- A signed-in profile with access to the activity.
- An Internet connection for submission and the gallery.
Create, then check before sending
Drawing activities provide tools and, depending on the screen, a download or submission action. Downloading a copy to your device and sending a creation to the portal are different actions. Work in progress may be lost if the tab is closed before saving or sending.
- Read the instructions and make the drawing.
- Avoid adding a full name, address, school, phone number or other personal details in the image or title.
- If you want a local copy and the button is available, download it before leaving.
- To share through the portal, use the submission action and wait for confirmation. A submitted drawing may be shown as awaiting parent approval.
The parent reviews publication
The parent dashboard shows pending drawings. Review the content and title before approving or rejecting. Approval allows the drawing into the gallery; rejection is not a report to a moderation team.
The gallery is available to signed-in users and displays creations with the profile information shown on its cards. It is not a private folder for your family alone. Even in a signed-in space, someone else can take a screenshot: approve only what you agree to share.
Remove or report a creation
Use the delete action when offered for your own creation, then refresh and check that it is no longer displayed. To request removal or report content or personal information, contact Excellia with the page link and a precise description. You do not need to republish the image to report it.
The leaderboard is a separate screen that displays profile information and activity indicators. Do not assume a login username hides all information visible elsewhere in the portal.
Troubleshooting
A submitted drawing is not in the gallery.
Check the submission confirmation, then pending drawings in the parent account. Submission alone does not replace approval.
An older image no longer loads.
Reopen the gallery to load a fresh image address. If the problem continues, note the title and relevant page for support.
I shared private information by mistake.
Remove the creation if the action is available and contact Excellia promptly, identifying what needs removal without sharing it more widely.
