Their curiosity.
Your questions.
A guide to planning a digital learning journey together, one step at a time.
Before getting started
- Talk about what your child would like to create.
- Choose a path with the team, considering age and experience.
- Confirm equipment, schedule, supervision and conditions.
Questions you may have.
From parent account to child login: the steps
- Create the parent account with an email address, then open the confirmation link received to activate the account.
- Log in to the family account, complete the parent profile, then add the child’s profile.
- Find the child’s username and prepare their four-digit PIN in the family account; use “Change” if the PIN needs to be changed.
- Help with the first child login using the username and PIN. Lesson access depends on the account’s permissions and applicable subscription.
How do we choose a learning path?
Age ranges are a starting guide. Tell the team what your child likes to create and which tools they already know to discuss a suitable starting point.
What equipment is needed?
A computer with a keyboard and mouse is recommended for typing code and using several windows. A tablet can suit reading, quizzes and drawing, depending on the activity. Internet is needed to retrieve the account and its progress; support younger children. Confirm compatibility with the team for specific software or accessibility needs.
How does the online trial work?
The Kids trial lasts 7 days from the creation of each child profile, with no payment card. After confirming the parent account, add the profile and check its date and status in the family account. A subscription is chosen separately for each child. After the trial, only the discovery lessons made available in the portal remain accessible.
Where can I find fees and guidance?
The plans and amounts offered for each child are shown in the family account before payment. For a guided workshop, a schedule or a specific need, speak with the team before booking. The online trial does not reserve a guided session.
What can we try here?
Four activities by age let children complete a shape pattern, sequence a story, change a web design or predict a Python branch. The robot challenge also remains available. These introductions need no account and do not replace an assessment of your child’s level.
Where can I find my account or certificate?
Family account, registration and certificate verification links are gathered below.
No confirmation email or need help accessing your account?
Check your spam folder and the address used to register. A parent logs in with an email address; a child uses a username and PIN. If the problem continues, contact the team without sending a password or PIN.
Find the Kids platform.
Choose the access you need: family account, registration or certificate verification.
Your family’s information.
The parent creates and manages profiles. The child has a separate learning login. Here is what these spaces use and what can be shared.
What information is used, and why?
- Parent account: email, name and supplied contact details for account access, communication and family management.
- Child profile: first name or display name, age, path, avatar and username to provide suitable content. A hashed PIN verifier is stored; the dashboard does not display the readable PIN.
- Learning: progress, activity answers and results, submitted creations and certificates to retrieve completed work.
- Subscription: access status, payment references and the payment details needed for follow-up. Never share a Mobile Money secret code or an authorisation code with the team.
Who can see a profile, creation or certificate?
- The family account lets the parent manage linked profiles and their progress. Keep parent credentials for responsible adults.
- A submitted drawing waits for parent approval before gallery sharing. The gallery is available to signed-in users; it is not a private folder for your family alone.
- The leaderboard may show the profile’s display name, age and activity indicators to signed-in users. A login username does not automatically hide information displayed elsewhere.
- Certificate verification is public when its identifier is supplied. It may show the name on the document, module or path and date. Review a certificate before sharing its link or QR code.
How can I request a correction, copy or deletion?
Write to info@excellia.pro from the parent account email when possible. Specify the profile or item and your request, without a password, PIN or payment code. The team checks account ownership and explains consequences and the applicable process.
The end of a trial does not mean profiles and creations are automatically deleted. Ask about retention before deleting an account if you want to keep learning records.
Support your child and report a problem
Join the first sessions. Do not put an address, phone number, personal photo, PIN or family information into a creation or a question to a help tool. If an activity makes your child uncomfortable, stop and contact the team with the link and a description, without sharing the content further.
