Digital watch: choose a topic and stage
The digital watch helps turn a broad topic into a practical question. It provides editorial discovery prompts; it does not automatically assess your company or provide an exhaustive real-time news feed.
- Choose data, automation, CRM or AI.
- Select your stage: discover, pilot or extend.
- Read the question, observation, suggested action and check.
- Open the recommended guide or tool and note an assumption to discuss with your team.
Data: try dashboard filters
The Power BI example uses six fictional data rows across two periods and three branches. Results illustrate a calculation; they are neither customer results nor a connection to your systems.
- On the Data analysis page, change the period.
- Select all branches, then one branch.
- Compare sales and order counts with the table detail.
- Check average order value: sales divided by order count, rounded to a whole unit.
Automation: understand exceptions
The example simulates checking an order, human approval and a transfer. No click sends a real order.
- Choose complete order, missing reference, duplicate or unavailable application.
- Move forward with the step button and observe who needs to act.
- For blocked cases, use the suggested correction or recovery action.
- Compare the outcomes, then reset the example.
- A successful check is not approval.
- A retry should keep the reference so a duplicate can be recognised.
- A simulation does not prove compatibility with your actual applications.
CRM: interpret the estimate
The CRM website estimator helps prepare a scope discussion. It does not replace a commercial proposal. Note your assumptions and confirm options, terms and implementation work with the team.

The result differs from my company’s situation.
These demonstrations use fictional examples. Use them to understand the logic, then have the rules and data checked for your context.
