The website presents services and provides contact forms. Describe your need without submitting confidential documents, passwords or detailed personal information about a child. Discovery examples and interactive tools do not manage your business operations.
Excellia Kids
Parent accounts and child profiles serve different roles. Check the generated username and the information shown in the child’s profile, then accompany their first sign-ins. Before publishing or sharing a creation or certificate, review the information it contains.
Your personal CRM trial
The 30-day trial lets you explore CRM workflows on Web and Android using the same account. Prefer fictional data for evaluation. Naming a company in the trial does not automatically create its production environment. Contact Excellia to prepare business use.
Your company CRM workspace
A company code directs the sign-in to the relevant environment; it does not replace personal credentials or assigned permissions. Follow your administrator’s instructions for access, imports and exports. Retention, backups, data return and support arrangements must be confirmed in the applicable service agreement.
Everyday precautions
- Check the domain and product before signing in.
- Do not share an individual account or verification code.
- Lock your device and sign out on shared devices.
- Send support only the necessary details, redacted where needed.
- For a data request, tell info@excellia.pro the service and account email involved; do not attach identity documents without a justified request.
Troubleshooting

Return to the official website and open the product through its links. Do not enter a code on a page whose domain you do not recognise.
