Excellia CRM: connecting field work and sales supervision
An Excellia product connecting field visits, orders and recorded collections with a Web workspace for supervisors.
One workflow between the field and the office
A sales visit generates several pieces of information: the outlet visited, the items ordered, a stock count or a recorded payment. When this information travels through separate tools, teams need extra reconciliation steps to follow it.
Excellia CRM combines an Android application for field teams with a Web workspace for supervisors. The product covers customers and outlets, routes, GPS visits, the catalogue and order entry.
Follow operations with the right people
Depending on the agreed scope, tracking can also include field stock, returns, collections, receivables and remittances. Managers have a workspace to prepare activity, review operations and organise approvals by role.
Recording a collection helps track its amount and reconciliation. It does not mean that the CRM itself makes a bank transfer.
Plan for periods without connectivity
Selected visits, orders and stock counts are designed to be entered offline and synchronised when connectivity returns. Synchronisation, central approvals and office consultation require a connection.
A demonstration helps review the roles, data and scenarios useful to your team. The delivered scope and conditions of use are set out in the corresponding proposal.
